I bought this to sit between two Pier One red chairs and the colors are very complimentary. The top is glass and the legs are hard plastic. I actually prefer this because you don't have to worry about chipped paint and rust on the legs. Know that this is a small "side" table, perfect for holding drinks or an ashtray. It is not a table for dining or use with your laptop! It is perfect for what it is...a small side table for an outdoor chair. I can also see this being used in a colorful bathroom. The glass top is very pretty.

I love my little table I've used between my two spring lawn chairs outside my front door. I can entertain guests in this little bistro area of my front garden and the colors are just the right "splash" of color for a pleasing setting. I rated the table 4 because the stand is plastic not metal like I had assumed. Guess I didn't read the discription thoroughly. All the same I really like the look and function of my purchase.
